Choosing a Booking

The booking finder shows a list of all your bookings in alphabetical order of job. If you have more than 50 bookings, only the first 50 are shown. You can search for a booking by job name or number, resource, start time, or end time, and change the maximum number of bookings displayed by filling in the boxes at the top of the page and pressing the Find button. The start and end times are inclusive - i.e. if you choose a particular week, then all bookings which are partly or completely in that week will be shown.

To edit a booking, just click on it.

To add a new booking, click on "Add a new booking" at the top of the list. Adding a new booking first involves creating a new job in which to place the booking, so it takes you to the job editing screen first - only when you have created the job will you see the booking edit screen.
