Color keys

Color keys are used to show different types of job in different colours. Each colour has a name or meaning. The list of color keys is shown at the top of table views.

Choosing a Color key

The task finder shows a list of all your color keys. They initially appear in the order you entered them, but you can drag and drop them to change the order. Changing the order here will also change the order they appear everywhere else in ResourcePlanner.

To edit an color key, just click on it. To add a new color key, click on "Add a new color key" at the top of the list.
