Richard PriceDeer completes a 10km charity marathon run for Clic Sargeant.
Well done Richard - looks like you need a drink and some chips to get the fat back you just lost.
You may notice that he is in fact flapping his arms and is around a foot off the ground so that must prove he really has lost weight (or he was cheating by flying the course)
