At the time of writing, after 3 years of messing around, the government has started to get a bit heavy with the EU who are now more inclined to do a deal.
Chances are that after 31st October there will be an interim period but then again there may not be. We therefore recommend touring bands consider obtaining a carnet if touring after 31st October within the EU for their backline and that any merchandise is supplied from within the EU. There are apparently agents who will meet you at the port or a venue to deliver merchandise and then collect any that is unsold.
