Access Levels
Access levels govern what access a contact has to the system. The following access levels are available...
- None
- The contact cannot log on to the system at all.
- Read My Jobs
- The contact can display all resources, but only jobs (and related tasks) for which they are a contact. They can also display details (but not the address) of other contacts who are allocated to any of the same jobs. This allows them to see everything related to their jobs, including the names, phone numbers and email addresses of everyone with whom they will be working.
- Read All Jobs
- The contact can display details of all jobs, tasks, resources and contacts (but not contact addresses).
- Write Jobs
- The contact can also create, update and delete jobs, bookings, tasks, resources and contacts. They cannot change access levels or passwords, access any of the items in the System menu, or alter contact types.
- Supervisor
- Supervisors can access and alter anything.
